Union Minister SP Singh meets with beneficiaries
Union Minister of State for Law and Justice SP Singh Baghel on Thursday interacted with beneficiaries / beneficiaries of various central schemes, including COVID-19 vaccination centers and health insurance.
Accompanied by the heads of departments and executing agencies of the central systems, Baghel also collected and evaluated all the feedback from said beneficiaries and executing agents.
Singh visited Rynjah Health Clinic, Shillong, to verify the facts about COVID-19 vaccination centers and Ayushman Bharat beneficiaries – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
The Minister also visited the residences of beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala program in Nongmensong; Umpling Waste Collection Center built by Shillong City Council as part of the Swachh Bharat mission; beneficiaries of Megha’s health insurance plan at R&R Colony, Rynjah; and beneficiaries of the Swachh Bharat mission in Umpling, Shillong.
The minister also interacted with students from Martin Luther Christian University and the Indian Institute of Civil Service, many of whom are interns for the Swachh Bharat mission at the Waste Treatment Center.
